1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreeAIMusicGen ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FreeAIMusicGen.

2. Description of Service

FreeAIMusicGen is a free AI-powered music generation service that allows users to create original music compositions through text descriptions. Our Service includes:

• Text-to-music generation
• Multiple music style presets
• Audio download functionality
• Loop and vocal options
• Daily usage limits (5 generations per day)

The Service is provided free of charge and does not require user registration.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may not use this Service.

4. Permitted Use and License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access and use our Service for personal or commercial purposes
• Generate music using our AI models
• Download and use generated music in any project, including commercial projects
• Modify, edit, and remix generated music as you see fit

You retain full rights to use the music you generate. The music is copyright-free and does not require attribution (though attribution is appreciated).

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users, we impose a daily generation limit of 5 music tracks per IP address. This limit resets daily at midnight UTC. Attempts to circumvent this limit through technical means (such as VPNs, proxies, or automated scripts) is prohibited and may result in access being blocked.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Generate content that is hateful, discriminatory, violent, or harmful
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit our AI models or technology
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Impersonate FreeAIMusicGen or misrepresent your affiliation with us
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the Service to generate music for resale as competing AI music services

7. User Content and Prompts

You retain ownership of any text prompts or descriptions you submit to our Service. However, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze your prompts solely for the purpose of generating your requested music and improving our AI models. We do not claim ownership of the generated music output.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its technology, software, AI models, website design, and content (excluding user-generated music), is owned by FreeAIMusicGen and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology without our prior written consent.

9. Generated Music Ownership

You own the music you generate. Generated music is provided to you free of copyright restrictions. You may use it for any purpose, personal or commercial, without paying royalties or fees. FreeAIMusicGen does not claim ownership of generated music and does not require attribution.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEAIMUSICGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED $100.

12. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without notice or liability.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
